Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel's most notable feature is its direct beach access and the stunning ocean views available from many rooms, which guests consistently highlight as the primary positive aspect of their stay. Despite this, the overwhelming sentiment points to a property in severe disrepair, with pervasive issues of poor maintenance and uncleanliness throughout. The hotel appears to be best suited for budget travelers or those who prioritize a prime beachfront location above all else and are prepared to overlook significant deficiencies in comfort and amenities. While some guests found the staff attentive, others reported negative interactions, indicating an inconsistent service experience. To ensure a more comfortable stay, guests should be prepared for potential issues with basic room functionalities and consider confirming room conditions upon arrival.
