Review summary

Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews

The hotel's most notable feature is its prime location, offering unparalleled access to public transportation, with the metro and bus stations situated directly outside. This makes it an ideal choice for solo travelers and budget-conscious individuals who prioritize extreme accessibility to explore the city's various attractions and local amenities. However, guests frequently report significant issues across multiple aspects of their stay, including pervasive cleanliness problems, a severe lack of basic in-room amenities, and highly inconsistent and often unprofessional staff service. The hotel is generally not recommended for families due to its overall condition and atmosphere, which many describe as outdated and poorly maintained. To enhance your stay, it is advisable to manage expectations regarding room comfort and be prepared to bring your own essential toiletries and towels, as these are often not provided or are of poor quality, impacting the overall guest experience.
