Situated in the heart of the old quarter of Madrid, the Hotel Puerta de Toledo enjoys a prime location in front of the monument to the Puerta de Toledo, very near the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Opera Theatre, the Plaza Mayor (main square), the Rastro, etc. It is also just moments from the city’s most traditional and well-known culinary area for going out for drinks and tapas. The Hotel Puerta de Toledo enjoys excellent transport links thanks to various city bus services and one of the routes of the Madrid Tourist Bus. Puerta de Toledo metro station (line 5, green), is across the street, less than 70 metres away. There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel building.
