Four Points by Sheraton Williston

This hotel is primarily characterized by its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who consistently receive high praise for their customer service and willingness to assist guests. However, the property itself presents a mixed experience, often falling short of typical brand expectations due to its outdated facilities and a significant number of non-operational amenities. The hotel appears to cater predominantly to business travelers and oil field workers, with many guests noting the presence of this specific clientele. It is generally not recommended for families with young children or women traveling alone due to the perceived atmosphere and lack of family-friendly features like a functioning pool. To ensure a satisfactory stay, it is advisable to confirm the availability of specific amenities, such as the pool and bar, prior to booking, and to adjust expectations regarding the overall property condition.
