Positive Reviews

Easy access to beach front

Travellers like that the long stretch of beach front is within an easy walk of the guest house. They enjoy the wide variety of excellent eateries and a roadhouse right on the ocean front that are all within close proximity to one another too. The guest house itself is said to be in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood making for an ideal location.

A breakfast to remember

The early morning breakfast is delicious and the dining area where it is served is lovely. Guests mention the good selection of dishes that are available, which they also agree are really tasty. Even though the meal is not included in the room rate, they say it's definitely worth the extra cost.

Clean, well run and comfortable

The lodge is said to be a classy looking place and spotlessly clean as well. Visitors find the property is well looked after by the host and the very competent staff members, and love that the rooms are rather spacious, exceptionally neat and beds are comfortable too.

Negative Reviews

Minor noise complaints

Travellers think the soundproofing can be a little better in the rooms. They report hearing some extra noise, particularly in the mornings when staff arrive for the day and guests are getting up, showering and moving about.
