About Las Vegas Strip

The Las Vegas Strip is a 7.2 km (4.5 miles) long National Byway that is regarded as America's only nighttime byway. It will lead you over Las Vegas Boulevard South, bordered by Sahara Avenue in the North and Russel Road in the South. If you take a trip over the full length of the strip you will pass from some of the largest and most famous hotels and casinos in the world.

Of course you can also take the trip during daylight and admire attractions such as the Stratosphere Tower at the Stratosphere Hotel (the Northern boundary of the Strip), the fountains at the Bellagio, the Eiffel Tower replica at the Paris Las Vegas and the pyramid at the Luxor Hotel in bright sunshine but you will miss out on what has made this road famous : The millions of neon lights that are a landmark of the city.
The Las Vegas Strip is not only a National Byway but is also one of the 27 All American Roads in the USA, which means that it is regarded as one of the most scenic roads in the USA.
There is a trolley bus available for which you can buy a day ticket and then just hop-on and off as you wish.
