Review summary
Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews
A central city base with a dedicated service team.
This property serves as a practical hub for sightseers who value a prime location near major points of interest. The hotel’s central setting is rounded out by a swimming pool that acts as a primary recreational feature for guests. Beyond the surroundings, the dedicated team provides consistently warm and professional service throughout the stay. While the staff excels, the property struggles with significant maintenance issues and a lackluster breakfast service that fails to meet basic expectations for most travelers.
Some guests mentioned: malfunctioning elevators, room maintenance issues, lengthy check-in.
