Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
A practical base for explorers in central Bergen.
This hotel is a charming choice for sightseers seeking a functional home base for island excursions. A central location in the heart of Bergen pairs with a bicycle garage to support active travelers. The dedicated staff consistently elevate the guest experience with warm, personalized attention, and diners should be sure to sample the signature onion-mustard crust schnitzel at the on-site restaurant. These elements, combined with a satisfying breakfast buffet, ensure a classic and convenient stay for those prioritizing local discovery over on-site leisure facilities.
Some guests mentioned: dated room decor, soft mattresses, inconsistent service pacing.
