Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families and sightseers. Its excellent location directly off I-90 provides convenient access to the Walden Galleria Mall and Niagara Falls. The standout feature is the indoor pool area, frequently praised as a beautiful and relaxing tropical space, ideal for families. Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, and while breakfast reviews are mixed, complimentary coffee and water are available in the lobby. For a quieter stay, request a room on a higher floor, away from the central courtyard.
