Review summary
Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews
A secluded, tranquil sanctuary for nature-loving travelers.
This property offers a serene escape for those seeking to disconnect, pairing its prime position on the Bacalar Lagoon with a standout swimming pool and private dock. The spacious and modern rooms provide a restful environment, and guests looking for a more personalized experience should consider requesting specific mattress preferences upon booking. While the exquisite international dishes at the on-site restaurant earn praise for their flavor, the overall dining experience remains a point of debate among visitors.
Some guests mentioned: limited outdoor seating, inconsistent service, unpaved access road.
