Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel primarily serves as a budget-friendly option for short-term stays or road warriors, with many guests finding the staff's friendliness and helpfulness to be a standout feature despite other issues. The overall guest experience is highly mixed, with significant concerns regarding cleanliness and room condition often contrasting with positive interactions with the staff. While some guests appreciate the value for money, others express disappointment with the hotel's general state and amenities. Budget-conscious travelers and those needing a convenient stopover might find it suitable, but travelers seeking modern comforts or pristine conditions should manage their expectations. To enhance your stay, consider requesting a non-smoking room well in advance due to pervasive smoke odors and be prepared to bring personal amenities like extra towels or coffee cups.
