Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
A peaceful mountain retreat near local casino action.
This property offers sightseers a tranquil mountain escape defined by its scenic, convenient setting. A scenic location near Harrah’s Cherokee Casino pairs with a seasonal outdoor pool to anchor the guest experience. The professionalism and demeanor of the staff consistently earn praise, and travelers seeking a more restorative stay should consider requesting a room away from high-traffic areas to mitigate potential noise. While the morning spread provides a simple, efficient start to the day, the overall experience remains best suited for those prioritizing location over extensive on-site amenities.
Some guests mentioned: uneven mattress quality, musty room odors, limited breakfast options.
