Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

A central Zurich base with standout dining options.

This hotel serves sightseers and business travelers seeking a vibrant, urban atmosphere in the heart of the city. The property sits alongside the iconic Bahnhofstrasse and is rounded out by a standout breakfast buffet that provides a high-quality start to the day. Guests often enjoy the elegant atmosphere of the on-site seafood bar, where booking a table in advance is recommended to secure a spot during busy evening hours. Despite these highlights, the overall experience remains inconsistent due to fluctuating standards in room comfort and technical facility maintenance.

Some guests mentioned: inconsistent air conditioning, unreliable WiFi, street noise.
