Review summary
Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews
A central Yellowknife base with standout, friendly service.
This hotel serves sightseers seeking a practical home base in the heart of the city. Downtown Yellowknife provides an unbeatable location for exploring local landmarks, which is rounded out by convenient ice machines on every floor. The attentive personnel consistently earn praise for their professional and accommodating nature, often going above and beyond to assist guests with specific requests. While the property offers a functional foundation for travelers, the overall experience is frequently impacted by dated interiors and inconsistent maintenance across the building’s infrastructure.
Some guests mentioned: climate control issues, inconsistent breakfast, elevator malfunctions.
