Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is frequently chosen by families due to its pool area featuring a waterslide, which serves as a key attraction. However, many guests report significant disappointment as the pool is often closed for renovations, or found to be cold and unclean when accessible. The property is generally described as dated and run-down, with numerous reports of cleanliness issues and maintenance problems throughout the rooms. While some staff members are noted for their friendliness, there are widespread complaints about overall service quality and serious issues with billing and refunds. For travelers passing through, the hotel's location near the interstate is convenient, but guests are strongly advised to confirm the operational status of all amenities and thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival to avoid common disappointments.
