Review summary

Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews

A practical, well-located base for regional explorers.

This hotel serves as a reliable, no-frills home base for sightseers and road-trippers exploring the Berkshires. Easy access to the I-90/Mass Pike pairs with a small fitness center to provide a functional, convenient stay for travelers on the move. The dedicated service from the welcoming reception team remains a standout highlight, and guests seeking a quieter experience may want to request a room away from the highway-facing side of the building.

Some guests mentioned: slow wireless internet, audible traffic noise, crowded breakfast area.
