Park View House, a stone built detached Victorian residence, is located in a quiet part of Edinburgh close to Leith with bus links to the city centre. A selection of unfussy rooms can accommodate single travellers and groups of up to seven with the benefit of en-suite bathroom, flat screen television and tea/coffee maker. Some rooms have views over the historic Links Park to the front of the hotel. Wi-Fi is also provided free of charge. Park View House provides a secure parking area for vehicles.
