This malaria-free, semi-bushveld paradise is cradled in a valley and situated on the banks of the Great Olifants River, within 200km from Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Hazyview, Standerton, Nelspruit and the Kruger National Park, on the R555 between Middelburg and eMahlaleni. Olifants River Lodge is the ideal corporate venue for strategic planning, launching of new products, work shops, expos, conferences or team building. Alternatively, pack your bags, bring the kids and break away from it all. Accommodation for 245 people, from quaint rondavels, log cabins and cabanas to luxury villas, self catering or bed & breakfast. Cool off in one of our six swimming pools or swim all year round in our indoor heated pool.Explore nature via hiking trails, game drives or some bird watching. Head to the river for a line of fishing, bass, carp or yellows. Get active on the volleyball court or get the pedal boats pedalling on the river. Send the kids on a guided horse ride, to the jungle gym or the kiddie's pool. Join in the fun play some table tennis or a game of pool. Enjoy some sundowners with the crackling of a fire around our river bank pool. Two fully-licensed restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
