Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

The hotel's strategic location near the airport and major highways makes it particularly convenient for travelers with cars and those needing easy airport access. Guests frequently highlight the friendly and professional staff, who often go above and beyond to assist. However, a significant recurring concern is the non-functional or inadequate air conditioning, leading to uncomfortable room temperatures. Room cleanliness and comfort receive mixed feedback, with some finding them spacious and clean, while others note dated furnishings and maintenance issues. The hotel is ideal for business travelers due to its accessibility, families who appreciate the room size and amenities, and airport travelers seeking proximity to their flights. Guests are advised to inquire about the air conditioning functionality upon booking, especially during warmer months, and to consider having a car for convenient access to Florence's city center, as public transport options are limited.
