Review summary

Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews

A historic downtown base with significant maintenance concerns.

This property serves sightseers and business travelers drawn to its grand, historic architecture. A central location near the state capitol pairs with a beautiful lobby that anchors the building’s aesthetic. While some guests appreciate the spacious layouts of the rooms, those seeking a more tailored experience may want to request a room away from the noisy air conditioning units. The property’s potential is currently hindered by inconsistent upkeep and service standards that often fail to meet expectations for a seamless, professional stay.

Some guests mentioned: mandatory valet service, maintenance issues, inconsistent service.
