Hotel Harbouredge Apartments (Cape Town, South Africa)

Many guests were pleased that the hotel's underground parking lot had enough spaces. Even when the hotel is busy and room occupancy is high, the parking spaces don't run out.  Guests need not to fret about their cars while at the hotel as the parking is well secured

The rooms are well decorated, spacious and have large beds. Bathrooms are spacious and the separate showers are easy to manoeuvre in. The floor to ceiling windows allows plenty of light into the room which offers a more refreshing atmosphere.

The staff members are very polite and go out of their way to help you. The hotel front desk manager is very accommodative to all guests and will ensure you have a fulfilling stay.

Guests were frustrated by the high noise levels they had to cope with during their stay. As the rooms overlook a very busy highway, noise from traffic was inescapable. Many thought that the sound proofing wasn't sufficient enough.

Guests had a number of problems with the hotel's Wi-Fi connection. Connecting to it was quite problematic. Guests were unhappy as the hotel's wireless internet connectivity wasn't reliable. The signal was not strong in most places.

Quite a number of guests were disappointed by the fact that the satellite TV signal was weak. In addition some TVs and their remote controls weren't working well.
