Review summary

Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews

A convenient Biltmore hub for travelers seeking spacious suites.

This property serves as a practical base for sightseers and business travelers who appreciate a central, walkable atmosphere. The hotel sits alongside the Biltmore district, while its beautifully landscaped pool area provides a refreshing escape from the city. Guests frequently praise the complimentary breakfast for its quality, and those looking for extra comfort may want to request a room away from the ongoing renovation zones. The spacious suites offer a generous layout, though the HVAC systems can struggle to maintain a cool temperature during warmer months.

Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, dated interiors, crowded dining areas.
