Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
The hotel is primarily noted for its exceptionally low price point, making it a consideration for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize extreme affordability over comfort and cleanliness. Its functional location near highways and specific event venues is also a key feature, appealing to those needing a very brief, functional stay or a quick place to sleep after an event. However, guests consistently report severe issues with the hotel's overall condition, describing rooms as overwhelmingly filthy, sticky, and in extreme disrepair, with widespread concerns about safety and hygiene. Many reviews highlight the pervasive smell of smoke and marijuana throughout the property, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. For guests considering this accommodation, it is crucial to manage expectations significantly and be prepared for a highly basic and potentially unpleasant experience, as the hotel's primary appeal lies solely in its minimal cost and convenient access to certain areas. To enhance a stay, guests might consider bringing their own cleaning supplies and bedding.
