Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for families and sightseers seeking value and convenience. Its prime asset is the complimentary shuttle service to Kwai Hing MTR station, effectively bridging its industrial area setting with wider Hong Kong accessibility. The spacious rooms, often highlighted for their generous size compared to other Hong Kong hotels, provide a comfortable retreat. Guests consistently praise the cleaning staff for their efficiency and the hotel's restaurant for its quality food and reasonable pricing, especially the unique ice cream flavors. For optimal comfort, consider requesting a room facing away from the main road to mitigate potential noise.
