Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
A convenient downtown base for explorers and travelers.
This hotel serves as a practical hub for sightseers seeking a central home base. The property sits in the heart of downtown Neenah, which is rounded out by a well-equipped swimming pool for post-exploration relaxation. Guests frequently praise the plush, high-quality bedding for ensuring a restful night, and those looking for extra value should consider booking a room package that includes the delicious breakfast buffet. While the property offers a solid foundation for a city visit, the inconsistent service and maintenance levels remain a notable consideration for prospective guests.
Some guests mentioned: parking availability, inconsistent service, dated furnishings.
