Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is primarily distinguished by its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who consistently receive high praise for their accommodating and attentive service, often making up for other shortcomings. While some guests find the accommodations clean and comfortable, many note that the property is visibly aged and in significant need of updates and renovation. A recurring and critical issue for many visitors is the frequent lack of hot water in the showers, which can severely impact the guest experience. Additionally, the on-site dining options, referred to as the Bistro, often fall short of expectations regarding availability and service. This hotel is particularly suitable for business travelers seeking a convenient base, families attending local events or reunions, and pet owners due to its accommodating policy. To ensure a smoother stay, it is advisable to confirm the status of the hot water system and dining services prior to arrival, and to thoroughly inspect your room upon check-in.
