Review summary
Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for budget travelers and sightseers seeking a functional base in the city. Its central location provides convenient access to various points of interest, making exploration effortless. While rooms are often described as spacious, the overall comfort is hampered by issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff, particularly the reception team, despite significant shortcomings in the food and beverage offerings. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a room that has been recently renovated.
