AURA Resort Nara (Adult Only)

This hotel offers a unique and affordable retreat for couples and solo travelers seeking a distinctive experience. While its location in Nara receives mixed reviews for broader sightseeing, it's conveniently close to Yakushiji Temple for those interested in historical sites. The property distinguishes itself with in-room amenities like a private bath with bath salts and a massage chair, ensuring a relaxing stay. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff and the delicious, complimentary breakfast with both Japanese and Western options, often delivered directly to the room. For a truly unique and comfortable stay, consider booking a room on a higher floor to potentially avoid any musty odors sometimes reported in lower-level accommodations.
