Modern and sophisticated, the posh hotel is located within feet of Al Haram and easily accessible from the airport. Parking is free and free Wi-Fi is available upon request. Guests compliment the location and find the family-friend venue an excellent location for a visit to the city. Guests remark that they had a pleasant stay, will return and will recommend the hotel to business associates and friends.

Guests comment that the service staff is cordial, attentive and accommodating. The staff is the restaurant are happy to prepare special diet requests and small portions for children.

A fine spot to rest and relax, attentive service, tasty tea and snacks, are compliments voiced by guests enjoying the comfortable tea lounge.

Several guests commented that the hotel was a disappointment in that it did not live up to the anticipated level of cleanliness one would expect in a first-class hotel. Carpet stains, worn furniture in the tea lounge and dirt in the shower detracted from the expected ambiance.

Although Wi-Fi is free, special arrangements must be made with the front desk to use the service. The signal is sketchy at best and not available in all public areas of the property.

The lobby area is always very crowded with guests remarking that long waits for the elevator, a lack of lobby seating areas and the crush of the crowd were unsettling. The hotel is in disrepair and ready for a facelift to return the once elegant property to its former glory.
