Casona Poblana

This establishment is primarily noted for its prime central location within an old colonial building, offering guests a convenient base for exploring the city. It is often described as a basic hostel or simple accommodation, appealing to budget travelers, backpackers, groups, families, and those seeking a short stay or transient accommodation. While many guests appreciate its affordability and proximity to key attractions, a significant and recurring concern revolves around booking cancellations and refund problems. Numerous reviews detail instances where reservations were unexpectedly canceled, often last-minute, with guests reporting difficulties in obtaining refunds, leading to frustration and a sense of being exploited. To ensure a smoother experience, it is advisable for prospective guests to confirm their booking directly and manage expectations regarding the level of service and amenities typically found in a hostel setting, especially concerning the reliability of reservations.
