Fynbos Guest Farm is a 67 hectare retreat of mainly pristine fynbos and renosterveld. Situated in the Witzenberg Valley, with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the valleys. Our accommodation options allows you to select your type of stay, from fully equipped self-catering farm style cottages with air-con, to camping & caravaning sites to even those guests dropping in for one night to attend a wedding – a beautiful bedroom in the farm house. We even offer a mini-version of 'glamping’ where all you need to do is “book and Show up”. Enjoy our optional farmhouse continental breakfast dropped off at your cottage or caravan in a picnic basket, or in the farm house dining room. When it comes to dinner, experience a wonderful selection of nearby restaurants that easily compete with the very best in Cape Town, or enjoy your own braai under the spectacular night sky, alternatively you can pre-order a meal that will be delivered to your cottage or B&B farmhouse room. There is so much to do both on the farm and in the immediate valley. Each season brings a special uniqueness with it, the hot dry summers to the cold, wet and ‘snow-on-the-mountains’ winters. Interact and enjoy looking at and even interacting with, our menagerie of animals ranging from zebra, springbok, ostriches, llamas, alpacas to donkeys, horses, pigs and sheep. Enjoy our 2 well demarcated walking trails, one of 1.2km and one of 1.6km, or experience the labyrinth in the pine forest. Sit in silence in our meditation room with a unique glass floor and stained glass windows. Cool off in our 2 small plunge pools, have a picnic at the pool lapa, or enjoy some quiet time at the large aviaries filled with indigenous and exotic birds. With a playground area for the kiddies, and the opportunity to help feed the animals, brush the horses or simply enjoy the outdoors, your time at Fynbos Guest Farm will be wonderful and soul-fulfilling. In the immediate valley there is so much to do and enjoy!
