About Clarens Country House

The original old sheepshed on the farm which is now the Clarens Golf Estate, Clarens Country House Guesthouse is blessed by being the model to which the rest of the estate aspires. Sandstone walls insulate and provide shelter from the cares of the world, and our accommodation is is spacious and luxurious. We do not have rooms, but Suites, all of them having separate bedrooms and lounge/kitchen areas, and their own private veranda sunrooms. Breakfast is served in your suite, to order, like having your own private restaurant. Beyond the intimacy of our luxury suites, the Clarens Country House includes a 4 bedroom luxury Villa directly across the road which overlooks the golf course itself, so we are able to host larger families and groups. The tree filled garden is spacious and includes a braai area where you can relax or enjoy the peace of the mountains in your home in Clarens.
