Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families, couples, and business travelers, offering an exceptional value for money. Its prime location provides direct access to the City Golf Club, with complimentary transfers enhancing the convenience. The well-equipped kitchenettes in many rooms are a standout feature, perfect for those who prefer self-catering. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful reception staff and the quality of the room service food, including a "dangerously good" banoffee tart. For a quieter stay, guests are advised to request a room facing the garden.
