Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
A quiet, well-connected retreat for Phoenix-area travelers.
This property serves as a reliable base for sightseers and business travelers seeking a peaceful atmosphere. The convenient base camp location pairs with a well-maintained swimming pool to offer both regional accessibility and on-site relaxation. Guests frequently praise the complimentary breakfast for its variety, and those traveling with pets may appreciate the pet-friendly policy available upon request. While the rooms are consistently noted for their cleanliness, the property’s service standards remain notably inconsistent, ranging from highly attentive care to challenges with management responsiveness.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent customer service, firm mattresses, awkward navigation.
