Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a vibrant retreat for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking a cozy, community-focused "log cabin and snow village experience." Its exceptional location offers almost ski-in/ski-out access to the Annupuri ski slopes and gondola, typically within a 2-10 minute walk. The highlight among its facilities is the relaxing onsen-like shower room, providing a unique communal bathing option. Guests consistently praise the staff's exceptional friendliness and the delicious, varied dinner service, which often caters to dietary requirements. For a quieter stay, guests might consider requesting a room facing away from common areas, or exploring the separate cottage accommodations for more privacy.
