Spacious, comfortable interiors

You won’t find yourself cramped during your time at this hotel. Guests have loved the amount of space each room provides. There have also been compliments from guests regarding the comfort of the furniture provided.

Beautiful, convenient location

Guests thoroughly enjoyed this hotel’s location within Sea Point, as it is quite safe to walk around at night. This also means that getting to the wide range of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area is easy without the use of a car. The Sea Point Promenade is just two minutes away by foot, while Cape Town City Bowl can be reached in under ten minutes without traffic.

Lovely service

Guests enjoyed the friendliness of the staff from check-in to check-out. Guests felt comfortable and relaxed around the staff, as staff members are always ready to give a helping hand.

Negative Reviews

Cleaning is a bit of an issue

While the rooms won’t have you feeling cramped any time soon, they might disappoint you with the lack of proper cleanliness found throughout. Guests were not satisfied with the housekeeping staff, as they are not thorough enough.

Weak Wi-Fi

Although you’ll find Wi-Fi under this hotel’s amenities list, it might not always work. Guests have found that the signal loses connection or is too slow most of the time, making it difficult to browse the Internet properly.

Slightly hard to find without GPS

Several guests struggled to find this hotel the first time, as its location might not be as obvious as most other hotels. Several roads in the area are one-way roads, which might make it harder to find without a GPS.
